Refund policy
Dear Customer,
At Shinisha, we acknowledge your time and effort, and we understand the importance of ‘touch and feel’ in your purchase decision. We also understand the several questions that pop up in one’s mind while shopping online – Is the color going to be the same as the photo? Will it match my expectations? Is it Durable? Etc. and therefore our return and exchange policies are curate for a seamless experience. We hope you love all our products and never have to return any; but even if you do decide to make a return, fill out the Return Form and notify us care@shinisha.in
The products purchased on shinisha.in can be returned or exchanged within 2 days of delivery. Post this, return or exchange is not allowed. Also, for the return or exchange to be valid, products must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, poly bags, hang tags on garments, dust bags and gift boxes. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. This may be checked by our executive who picks up the product as well as in our warehouse.
Customer can make request for return or exchange by writing an email at care@shinisha.in or contacting our customer care number +91 9723047977 (Mon to Sat 10 AM to 6 PM).
There is only two ways to return or exchange the product:
1. We offer a pick-up facility in select locations basis our courier serviceability. If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product(s) in a packet. The product(s) must be unused, unwashed and all the tags should be intact. We will pick up the return within 1 - 3 business days from the request placement date. Keep the packet ready to expedite the return pickup.
2. Self-Ship: We request you to self ship through a reliable courier service & you have to share scan copy of the courier receipt with us on care@shinisha.in giving your order id to help us track your order. A fixed amount of Rs.100 will be reimbursed subject to the return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy.

Please note that we don't accept returns on "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" offer. Only exchanges are allowed and while doing exchange process, 300 Rs will be charged from customers for shipping.
Once an order has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again. If customer wants to return the exchanged product and refund the amount then 150 Rs shipping charges would be deducted from the refund amount.
Important Note : We make unboxing videos of all our customer returns to ensure that the product has been returned to us in its original condition. We have the legal right to reject any refund claim where we find that the returned product has been used and returned or if the original product was not returned back to us.
Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
For Exchange, single product cannot be exchanged for multiple products. While customer can exchange multiple item at a time by initiating separate exchange request for each of the item.
After submitting return or exchange request, parcel must be shipped and delivered to us within 7 days. After which it would not be accepted.
If an item is returned we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping fee and convenience fee 100 Rs per piece.
For credit card, debit card, net banking, and UPI payment, we shall refund directly into the same payment mode by which you have purchased the product. The refund will be initiated within 7-10 working days of receipt of your returned item. It will take 3 to 5 days to reflect in your account.
For cash on delivery, your refund will be given via Shinisha store credit( 1 year validity ).These store credit can be used for your next purchase OR You have a choice to get the refund credited to your Bank account in which case, we would request to share the bank account details or UPI Id.
